School Absence

 School Absence Policy

·         90% of student attendance means that the student loses one day of learning every two
weeks.

·         Attendance for all lessons offered during the week is compulsory for all students.

·         If the student is absent from school, it is very important to contact the department to
report before 07:30 AM.

·         The excuse of absence must be sent to the school administration when the student returns to school.

·         An excuse for absence is required to monitor student attendance and absence during the academic year.

·         All absences require an explanation from the first day of one of the parents, and medical absences that exceed three days require a medical note from the doctor.

 

·         In case of not bringing a medical certificate justifying the student’s absence will result in the student’s absence being calculated without excuse and further measures will be taken by the deputy director.
