Registration Procedure
· It is done by receiving parents,
explaining the academic policies, installments and all the procedures related
to the academy and examining the required documents which must be valid.
· All the ages to be calculated by
September 1
· Required grade is not listed in the
below table
· Child’s age does not meet the Grade
and Age Chart criteria
· All new students are admitted to
Al-Faisal International Academy according to the admission policy, registration
and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
· Conditions for accepting students who
are transferred from schools in the country or from abroad
· Students transferred from schools in
the country are accepted, provided that there is a vacancy and that all
transfer procedures between the two schools are completed.
· An oral interview is required for
students applying for registration from outside the Academy.
· Students who were transferred from
schools outside the country were accepted, after providing school certificate
for the previous year approved by the concerned authorities, and the placement
test is required.
· The application fee is Non-fundable
· The parent signs on receiving the
academic policies or the deficiencies of the identification documents and the
signing of a pledge to complete the remaining papers within a week of its date
if there are any deficiencies.
· After completing the previous
procedures and making sure that all the required documents are available, the
parent will be directed to the registration officer to register the student on
the registration system.
· After completing the student’s registration in the system, the receipt for the payment of the due fees will be printed and a text message sent to the parents about the amount paid and the remaining amount.
Collection policy approved for payment of installments
• Seat reservation fees are paid at the beginning of registration starting in March 2020 and ending with the end of registration.
• Books and uniform fees to be paid before the beginning of the year.
• Bus fees are paid when reserving a seat on the bus.
• Fees for the first semester are paid in the first week of the first semester.
• Fees for the second semester are paid in the first week of the second semester.
• Trip or party fees are to be paid within one week of the request date.
• In case of the parents does not comply with the payment dates of the payments, the legal procedures will be taken
Required documents to be uploaded with the application:
1. A copy of the passport of the parent, guardian and mother.
2. A copy of the student’s passport.
3. A copy of the identity card of the parent, guardian and mother
4. A copy of the student’s ID card.
5. 4 recent photos of the student.
6. The last academic certificate for the student.
7. Student’s birth certificate.
8. Certificate of vaccination.
9. Student’s health file.
A certificate to whom the matter is concerned from the guardian employment.
